SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
McKenna Dynamics Limited only ships to the domestic (US) market at this time. All packages using USPS based on the shipping method that the customer specifies. Customers have the ability to select First Class or Priority Mail for their order, based on the order weight and shipment destination. The USPS, just like other national carriers (UPS and FedEx) is subject to regional disruptions and weather delays.
Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email once their package has shipped. This email will contain the shipment tracking/delivery confirmation number (if available). McKenna Dynamics is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged packages that occur in transit to you. If any of the aforementioned occurs, you will need to file a claim directly with the USPS.
RETURNS POLICY
For technical assistance or questions on any of our products that you need or have already received, send us a detailed email to sales@mckennadynamics.com.
If there is an error in shipment or a defect in a shipped product, we will reship the correct product to you at no addition charge upon receipt of the incorrect or defective product. The product must be received in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

Merchandise received within 30-days unused, uninstalled and in original packaging may be accepted for exchange or refund on value of merchandise, and excludes shipping costs. Include your invoice handwritten note for quick refund processing. Note: If you purchased from a location other than www.mckennadynamics.com, we may assist with exchanges, however contact that dealer for a refund.
Manufacturer's Warranty
McKenna Dynamics Limited designs and manufactures many of our products and also works with other manufactures for some products. All products are checked for the upmost quality for the benefit of the customer.
